Scale Up 2.0 Programme

Our Pre-Scaler programme in partnership with Scottish EDGE supports potential high growth businesses head quartered in Scotland to scale.
The Pre-Scaler programme will see entrepreneurs go through a combination of online and in-person development events aimed at accelerating their growth and ability to then move to scale. This complements our Scale up Scotland core and 2.0 programmes and aims to provide a pipeline of scaling businesses.
The programme is comprised of five one day development events over a 5 months period, focusing on fundraising, people planning, leadership, sales and marketing and effective communication all delivered by our established Scale up programme partners including David Sole’s School for CEO’s.
Pre-Scaler is open to any entrepreneur running a business that has real ambition and drive to go to scale and will be hosted at The Hunter Foundation’s Ayrshire headquarters at Blair Estate https://blairestate.co.uk Applicants should have achieved some customer traction (typically £100k + in annual revenues).
The programme is fully underwritten by The Hunter Foundation and there is no charge to participating companies.

- Proven product / market fit
- Current revenues of £100k or more
- Potential and matching ambition to reach £1m + revenues in the next 3 years
- Growth mindset
